About me
Hello!
I am Engineering Education instructor at a local high school. I have been teaching for nearly 20 years and more 3 year experience with Solidworks and 15 with Blender. When it comes to 3D printing, I have experience with both the Makerbot I and II and have my own highly modified Solidoodle 3 at home. I enjoy 3D printing and designing. I have used my printers for a variety of projects from reproducing movie props and weapons to building parts for my full-size R2-D2.
Recently, I completed a project for a customer printing a full scale Republic Commando helmet from Star Wars. The helmet was completed in 30 pieces and bonded together and finished to create a one of a kind "buck" for creating molds of the helmet. Great Stuff!
