I'm Chris Harrison and I'm the owner of FoCo Proto. I have over 8 years of prototyping and engineering experience. I've designed, prototyped, and manufactured various products over the years including electrical, electromechanical and mechanical parts. I have thousands of hours experience in CAD design, 3D printing, machining, CAD and electrical component manufacturing. I brought prototyping in-house in my own business years ago and learned the value that a quick-turn prototype can have in business. There's nothing like having a part to touch and feel -- without waiting weeks for a machine shop and spending thousands of dollars.

I specialize in functional, mechanical parts but have the skill and experience to bring more artistic pieces to life as well.

We offer 3D CAD design and engineering using Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Fusion 360 and OnShape.

We can print almost any 3D model. For extremely high quality, we offer SLA printing to get the very best details.

Materials:
PLA - Plant based Bio-Plastic, high rigidity, available in vibrant colors.
High Temperature / Strength PLA - similar to PLA, but can withstand temperatures up to 125 C and is extra strong.
ABS - Common consumer plasic, higher temperature tolerance than normal PLA.
PETG - Very durable and high strength. Great for applications where wear resistance is needed.
PETT (t-glase) - Similar to PETG, but slightly more flexible.
TPU - A flexible filament, which bends and flexes. Rubber like, stretchy, material also available.
Nylon - polymer with higher tensile strength and more flexibility than PLA, ABS, PETG, and t-glase.
Resin - SLA printing material with various properties.

3D print orders are charged by the cubic centemeter of material used. Cost may vary depending on material choice, strength requirement, part complexity, support material and part cleanup.

Current material rates for fused filament 3D prints using .25mm layer height and are as follows:
PLA - $0.25/cm³
ABS - $0.30/cm³
PETG - $0.30/cm³
PETT (t-glase) - $0.40/cm³
TPU (flexible) - $0.40/cm³
Nylon - $0.50/cm³

+10% for layer height @ .2mm
+15% for layer height @ .16mm
+20% for layer height @ .1mm

Current material rates for extra high quality SLA prints using .1mm layer height and are as follows:
Monocure Clear - $0.70/cm³ (may be dyed any color)
FTD Industrial - $0.75/cm³
FTD Snow White - $0.70/cm³ (may be dyed any color)
+10% for layer height @ .075mm
+15% for layer height @ .065mm
+20% for layer height @ .050mm
+25% for layer height @ 0.030mm
