John was absolutely great. He reply to my initial request within an hour, and had it printed in less than 24 hours. He corrected my .stl file free of charge, and even reprinted it because of a minor error in the first version. His printer is quite good, especially in ABS, relative to other makexyz guys I have used. Pricing was very reasonable, and picking it up locally was hassle free. Highly recommend John.
