About me

I serve the local State College area and all of Central Pennsylvania. I specialize in 3D CAD and printing of mechanical parts. The UPS store is not your only choice!

In addition to new designs, I do redesigns and improvements of existing parts.

All ABS parts are post processed to improve appearance and accuracy. This may include reaming holes or chasing threads.

Vapor smoothing of ABS done on request.

I use high quality filaments for superior quality prints. I am also experienced with how to slice models to give the best results.

Maximum print volume of ABS parts is approx 200mm long, wide, and high. Resolution choices range from 200 to 400 microns. The design of your part may affect the maximum size and resolution choices actually available.

PLA prints will be done on a Kossel Delta printer with up to 100 micron resolution. PLA is a better choice for non-mechanical parts. Printing area is roughly 200mm circular by 230mm high.

I also do Lasercutting of 1/8" and 1/16" plywood (in stock). Other materials such as acrylic on request.
