I run a Powerspec Ultra 3D (comparable to a Makerbot Replicator 2X) with a dual nozzle design and enclosed build chamber/heated bed. I use buildtak in combination with the heated bed to ensure parts stick nicely and maintain a flat-warp free connection to the build surface. Standard print resolution is 200 Microns (0.2mm layer height) , but I can print higher resolutions down to 100 Microns on request. My favorite material to print in is PLA and PETG, but I am happy to source and print in whatever material/color you are interested in.

Feel free to reach out for a custom quote where we can discuss things such as resolution, finishing (eg. support cleanup, sanding , etc.) and other factors such as optimal build orientation. I also offer design services and have access to CAD software ranging from SolidWorks to 3D Studio Max. **More about me**

Although my personal printer is an FDM machine, I have extensive knowledge in other additive technologies. I worked several months as an additive manufacturing technician, turning over professional printers and post processing prints. I am experienced in how to handle parts and plan them for optimal build orientation/quality/strength/etc.

** Latest Favorite Project **

My favorite latest project was making a set of Pip-Boys inspired by the game Fallout 76. It was lots of fun printing props for one of my favorite game series!
