About me
Hi! My name is Mike, and I'm a Maker located in Kinnelon, New Jersey.
I have the following services available:
1) Two heavily modified and calibrated Printrbot Simple Metals with heated beds and full enclosures. (150x150x150mm) I have a wide range of materials in stock, and can arrange for exotic materials (Wood, metal, carbon fibre, flexible) if needed.
2) I have an X-Carve CNC Router (1000x1000mm) arriving in June, and will be able to work with plastics, foam, acrylics, wood, and even aluminium!
3) I have a custom made Vacuum Forming machine that can be used for making cosplay items, props, molds, packaging, etc.
4) I can offer Acrylic Airbrushing and model finishing. I have been painting miniatures and models for over 10 years.
5) I can offer 3D Scanning with a modified Microsoft Kinect Scanner and turntable. I can also help with simple 3D design projects and 3D troubleshooting. 3D models must be carefully designed and prepared specifically for 3D printing.
6) I can offer Silicone Moldmaking and Resin casting for medium-scale production runs.
