About me
Matt is a design engineer with the experience to take your idea and bring it to life. He has worked in industry for many years doing research, building prototypes, testing, and manufacturing. His 3D printing experience gives him a great way to prototype and make functional parts quickly. He knows that speed is key when it comes to design and prototyping. Nobody wants to wait around on parts. Matt knows after designing an idea, he wants to quickly see his creation come to life as he imagined and test it.
Matt has four 3d printers, all suited for different purposes. Based on your design, the proper printer will be selected and Matt will help you make the best decision on the type of plastic and resolution to best suit your parts.
Matt Stocks many types and colors of plastic to make the fastest turnaround time possible. If you have a special request it usually only adds 2 days. All of the standard and exotic plastics that are offered are the best materials available. Matt has tried discount plastics but has found that they tend to lead to more failures and inferior properties. Long story short, the lack of quality of these plastics is not worth the discount price.
Matt prides himself in providing the highest quality prints and still beating the larger companies prices by a large margin. Bring him a quote from another company and you will be surprised at how much money you could save.
Matt can also help you find an injection mold supplier if you plan on taking your design from a prototype, to full scale production.
