Things I've Made
About me
I graduated from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 2006 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Since then I have started a small design firm, Hamilton Peak Precision, that offers design and prototype services ranging from Machining to 3D printing as well as analysis. I have built numerous printers and have run a variety, I have even designed and built a printer with three other business partners. I currently run a Rostock Max that I have upgraded the hot end to a E3D to allow me to print with a larger range of materials. I have printed parts from functional prototypes, small run production and art pieces. I have printed in a range of materials including: Taulman Nylons 618, 645, Bridge and PCTPE, other materials include: ABS, HIPS, PVA, Tritan, PET, Ninja flex and Polycarbonate, and Proto-pasta PC-ABS alloy, High temp PLA and PLA Carbon fiber filled. I would also be glad to help anyone out with any printer problems they may have.
