About me
I am a full-time software engineer who build robots and electronics on the side. I mainly use my 3d printer for prototyping various robot designs, and I also enjoy helping people bring their designs to reality, and to prototype their projects. I can help with 3d modeling, 3d printing, circuit designs (limited), and even software designs.
When submitting STL files to me, please let me know what dimensions your items are in (mm, cm, Inches, etc.), and the intended usage of the item which help me determine the required resolution and density of the object.
Unless there's a specific reason why you need ABS, I prefer to print in PLA which will typically produce a smoother and glossy appearance (look at the elephant and dragon pictures). ABS is good for parts that need to be either more flexible and or more heat resistant.
Also, feel free to message me if you need 3d printing advice. I am always excited to help people get started and impart my knowledge to them.

I am sorry if you found the print quality to be poor. I will try to work with you until you are satisfied with the print, or offer you a refund. As I noted in my comment to you, the wall supporting your large model (9inchs+) was very thin which made the print difficult.
