This guy is a hero, and totally saved my bacon. Shane responded right away, found and fixed multiple errors in my file before I had even opened a ticket, and then printed the file that had confounded several other printers. I met Shane when I picked up my print in person, and he's super nice and obviously knowledgeable. He's definitely the guy you want working on your files.
