About me
I'm a 3D printer enthusiast with a BSME degree, but I do not work directly in manufacturing, so this is essentially a hobby to scratch my mechanical engineering itch.
I have a reprap printer (Mendelmax derivative) that I built from scratch with the help of a friend.
Max print size is 160 mm (6.25 in).
My printer is good for basic prototypes, proofs of concepts, school projects, and props/costumes.
However if you need mission critical prints, you may want to consider a more professional printer/service.
I can offer basic 3D/mechanical design consulting (tolerances, stress concentrations, etc) but have limited modeling/drafting software capability, hence the low rate.
