About me

I am an engineer by day and a maker, amateur fabricator and gearhead in my freetime. I have 10 years of welding experience (MIG, TIG, Oxyfuel, stick), 8 years of CAD experience (Creo/ProE, NX, Solidworks) and have been 3D printing for 4 years mostly with FDM machines. I have a very strong background in the automotive, casting and tool design industries.

My Printers:
My CR-10S has an enclosure and excels at medium resolution ABS prints however it still can run PLA and higher resolution as needed.

Prusa MK2S handles PLA and PET very well at almost any resolution.

Creality CR-X is a dual extruder printer which means it can print two different colors integrated on the same print. Check out the traffic cone in my pictures for an idea of what this printer is capable of.

Tevo Little Monster is not so little, this big delta can print a 340mm diameter circle 500mm tall. It is currently set up with a 1mm nozzle for printing large PET models with incredible speed. The yellow rocket in my pictures is about 19" tall and took only 5 hours to print!

I have been working on a prototype switch cluster for my project racecar lately as well as a few other automotive related prototyping projects.
