I am an experienced product designer and mainly use the printers for creating functional prototypes. I have a passion for designing products from scratch/ improving existing products.

3D printing is a great tool for testing and iterating parts however like every technology there are limitations. If you need any assistance choosing the right technology (FDM or SLA) please don't hesitate to get in touch. In-order to achieve the best quality and performance with the Form 2 resin printer I have invested in the official wash and cure stations. All resin prints include washing, curing and support removal. All FDM prints include support removal.

Form 2 Resin descriptions as per current availability, please select to colour which corresponds to your desired resin type;

"Clear" - Standard clear resin, extremely high detail (0.1,0.05 or 0.025 mm Layer height) Great for aesthetic models and can be polished to a near glass like finish (Polishing not included).

"Grey" - Not your standard Grey resin, I use Grey Pro Resin which is great for functional prototypes and the colour helps highlight fine details! (0.1 or 0.05 mm Layer Height).

"Blue" - Tough Resin; This resin simulates ABS and is great for creating strong functional prototypes in a stunning translucent electric blue.

"Black" - Flexible resin; Great for simulating over-moulds or other flexible parts, more of a dark grey than black. (please note flexible resin is not stretchy).

Please be advised that I will happily buy in a specific filament or Formlabs resin for larger projects if required, please contact me to discuss this option.

*Standard layer heights are 0.2mm for FDM prints and 0.1mm for SLA prints, if you require any higher resolutions please get in touch, note that increased resolution increases print time so may incur additional costs.
