About me
I print with a modified Printrbot Plus, that features GT2 belts and pulleys, nylon injection-molded spur gears on the extruder, acme lead screws, reflectix insulated heated borosilicate glass bed, and custom fan attachment. I have the standard Printrbot .4mm nozzle, the Printrbot .35mm nozzle, and the Jerrill .1mm (doesn't bridge well), .15mm, and .8mm nozzles. I print in PLA, and get good prints with the .35mm nozzle, and like to attempt to get nice prints with the .15mm nozzle (but it's a bit more cantankerous). I've printed as low as .06mm layer height with what appeared to be success, but more regularly print at .175mm layer height.
