This is to mount a J-Head Hot End to an ORDBot X carriage using parts form a QU-BD extruder. STL file includes support needed to print.Remove print support Drill or ream filament hole from top Drill or ream bolt holes as needed Insert J-Head into slot with wires in the back to make use of slot Slide second part of print into slot to secure J-Head Insert M3 nuts into pockets Secure fan to front of J-Head holder with 2 M3x20 bolts Attach stepper motor with 2 M3x25 bolts Insert M4 nuts onto side nut pockets Mount to assembly to X plate on ORDbot with 4 M4x20 bolts Bill of Materials 2 - M3x25 SHCS 2 - M3x20 SHCS 4 - M4x20 SHCS 4 - M4 Nuts 2 - M3 Nuts Parts from QU-BD extruder NEMA 12 Stepper 40x40 fan Hobbed gear or MK7 Gear I use Bart's http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:38281 for tension on the extruder filament
