For those familiar to the injection molding world, you know such a design would be very difficult to produce or assemble. When printed, the ball remains captive inside the cage. You'll probably get an eyebrow if you show this to an engineer in the industrial world.I haven't printed this. I ordered my makerbot recently and was trying to come up with some parts to test my system once it's built. So feel free to let me know how this one goes.
