This is a tuner peg held in place by friction. You can adjust the size to fit the hole exactly. I printed it about 12.5cm wide.I printed this on a makerbot2 on standard quality with 50% fill which may have been more filled than it needed. I made them strong so I could hammer them in and adjust them using pliers to get the right note..
