My 1989 CRX has a little plastic anchor that holds the headlight up/down adjustment screw into a sheet metal panel. I believe it's the same on all the civic family across quite a few adjacent years, and is probably used elsewhere on the car, too.Print the opened-up version so that the layers are oriented in a stronger direction (each layer going through the sheet metal and back out). I included the closed version stl so you can see what it looks like after you fold it. Pop it into the square hole in your sheet metal and screw your screw into it. (M6 thread, I think?) I have a pair holding my headlights in position right now.
