This is an enclosure for a 2.5" (laptop) hard drive. It is useful if your PC has a E-SATAp (extarnal SATA w/ power) connector. If printing on Makerbot, you'll need all 100mm on the X axis (i.e. at least the bolts in the middle should be leveled w/ the printing bed surface).
Check that your PC has e-satap connector.
Purchase the cable. I bought mine on e-bay for $10 (from China).
Print the box and the lid.
If the plastic between the ventilation holes in the walls doesn't hold well put a few drops of superglue in the waek spots from inside the box and let it dry.
Slide the front of the HD between the front clamps, push the back side into the back clamps. Use any screws or little bolts to screw the lid on. The screw holes are 3mm and go all the way down to the bottom of the box.
