So it turns out the visor will just fit on a Replicator 2 in one piece. So here is a version that is perforated, to fill the gap before I get round to attempting to vac form a visor. Intention here is that thin stretchy material can be placed over the visor and glued round the back to give a semi one way effect. Added half versions, requires pins for strength and alignment. Added full solid version. To ensure a little strength, though not proven to make a difference, this is printed medium, raft, support, 2 shells and 30% infill.
