Print the razor blade into the handle! With Emmett's Razor Scraper I found that the scraper lasted about as long as the razor blades did, so I decided that in order to make a more secure holder that I would embed the blade in the plastic. These have proved incredibly useful for me considering that razor blades and PLA are both so cheap.Make sure that the build matches the type of razor blade you have. Mine has a rounded anchor in the middle that I used to make this more secure. I sliced with WHPThomas's 200µ print settings, but I had 5 shells to make the anchor as strong as possible, 20% inf. When the print starts do a Pause @ ZPos: 2mm. Then when the print pauses take the razor blade and test fit it into the print. Mine took a little finagling. Once in place, remove it, put some superglue on the plastic closest to the handle to hold the blade in extra strong. Replace the razor blade and push for a good stick. Unpause the print and enjoy! Worked like a charm for me and I use them to remove prints from the build plate.
