Farnsworth communication device from Warehouse 13. I finally got a test print of this thing, and the hinge DOES NOT WORK. Please note that Epicdivision has uploaded a really sweet version of this as well. It's worth checking out. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:612375Note: Units are in inches.
Method 1
Print "internals.stl" only and insert into a Wheatly Fly Box. These can cost anywhere from $20 to $80. The metal is much thinner than a 3d printer can do. At this point, I do not actually have a Wheatly Fly Box, so I do not know the exact measurements. It may require some modifications.
Method 2
Print "internals.stl," "inner ring.stl," and two copies of "housing.stl." The housing can be assembled using 1.75 mm filament as the hinge pin. Insert the internals, followed by the inner ring.
