I lost two prints because the protrusions of its head didn't stick to the HBP, even defining base or brim didn't work for me. So I modeled in solidworks an arc base that connected the features and solved my problem. Nice model to print, don't need support.I printed with 0.3mm layer (faster) and NO support. Took 1h25min in my Ecksbot @ 70mm/s speed. Pink ABS 3mm from XYD (eBay)
