NOTE. The IGUS is 4mm longer than the Carriage, you can take it off, leave it, or enlarge the Carriage. If you print the IGUS you have to take the time for it. I make em in 20mm long, and it Work perfect after I used a adjustebel reamer But I bought the orginal IGUS for high precision, and fast movement. NOTE. The printed IGUS file is DIA. 16.42mm it will shrink, maby you have to adsjust your print. H62 Brass Knurl Nuts M385 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281464199539?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I burn the knurl in the effetor with a soldering iron. you have to try on a piec of old print. You can drill a 4-5mm hole to controll the insert. It can take some time to master this, but it will Work. The Steel Ball I used a Marker pen to mark the area that I use for the glue, and then used a Dremel to sand it for the glue to stick on the ball. The small cylender magnet I placed in the Effector rod, you can also use magnetic steel ball insted of the cylender magnet , then you have to print the Effector Rod Sleves and glue em on the Rod. I made at bracket for a Rod Mount stand. See the pic. The lenght is perfect and the same. I just mounted the 2 bracket on a plywood and then glue with Exoxy glue, and after this glued the joint with Superfast glue, then I dont have to wait for the Epoxy to dry up NOTE: If you want this setup in 12mm to fit "enlarged Rostock" please let me know, also if you want it for specific project I help you out if I can.
