A printable model of the two main components of a worm drive. With a little stand indicating the gear ratio. For the best results, the worm shaft is printed in halves and then glued together. Printed in PLA on a Reprappro Mendel (single colour) with a 0.5 mm nozzle and 0.3 mm layer height. No support material needed, since the worm shaft is split in half and glued together with glue (used for building model airplanes, etc.)
