Disclaimer: Due to the recent incidents (things appearing on ebay) I just want to make something very clear: I do not allow any commercial use of my STL-files, my designs and my photos!Description: Maybe some of you remember my compressor wheel? http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53455 Nice to print but pretty much useless without a casing. So... I made a casing. All you need is a motor and a battery. The backplate is designed to match a motor from an 1:18 RC model car (LRP Fusion Micro Modified 370). Hook it up to a battery and enjoy fresh, compressed air. The compressor wheel has to spin clockwise. Here is a video showing the compressor at work: http://youtu.be/LF_rRPDeT54 EDIT: I uploaded some models that are laying flat.Print all three parts. You might want to use support for the compressor. Bolt the motor to the blackplate and press-on the compressor wheel to the motor shaft. Bolt the backplate to the compressor. The holes are designed for M2x8 bolts.
