Found myself without a costume the day of halloween, so I thought I'd fix that problem the coolest way I knew how! Inspired by thing:511802, I printed the mask flat and then thermo-formed it to fit my face using hot tap water; a quick electrical tape band and you have a custom-fitted mask! **Update 11/2/14
I made changes to the profile of the mask to allow for a better and more comfortable fit and improved vision, as well as making the mask thinner to allow for better flexibility and a more contoured shape when thermal-forming. Now light enough to be held in place by some double-sided tape to replace the strap if you wish!I printed 0.3 layer height with 15% infill to save material and time, but precision wasn't very important to me... use the settings that you feel are best.
