I made these things to attach a carry strap to a Razor A5 Lux Kick Scooter. I hope this can help someone out. I used a wire coat hanger, some stick on grip feet, and some 6/32 nut & bolt sets to put it all together. If you ask really nice I will hand out my messy OpenSCAD source. :p The wire goes between the two big "prongs". The nut and bolt go in the back, where it looks like they should go. The sticky grip pads go on the inside, where there are dimples to hold them in place. I am working on a thing to hold the handlebars when they are pulled out too. There is a "Top" and a "Bottom" file. The bottom of the tube is wider, that is the difference.I used 1mm walls with 25% fill. No supports needed. :) -Use some heavy wire cutters to cut the coat hanger. -Just twist and push the wire through the hole in the prongs. -Clip the wire to a reasonable length. -Bend the wire over on either end so it stays in place. -Stick the sticky pads (4) inside the bracket. -Take the handlebar assembly off the A5. -Slip the bracket on the tube. -Attach the nuts and bolts, and tighten them. -Do the same steps for the top bracket. -Put the handlebars back on. -Attach a strap to the wire and carry your scooter, because that is the whole point of this thing!
