This is for owners of the ETX-90, ETX-105, and ETX-125. If they do lose their Horizontal Lock Knob (aka RA lock knob or Azimuth lock knob), here's a model. You may need to tweak the scale of the printout. I had to scale mine slightly for my printer in order to take into account the overprint (actual thickness of the printed filament vs. what the program thinks it is) and shrinkage (overall dimension shrinks by x% as it cools).
