This thing is a replacement battery door for a toy train (see thing name). My wife had the toy and was going to sell at a garage sale, but it was missing the battery door. It was a little tricky as the battery compartment has an O-Ring to keep water out and acid in if there is a leak. All of that is built into this door.
If you like my things, take a look at my blog. I have videos and information on 3d printing.
http://thekoalafarm.blogspot.com/ This object was modeled in Cubify Invent and printed on a FlashForge Creator. The slicer was ReplactorG 040-23 using SkeinForge as the slicer.
I printed exactly at this size without scaling. It is printed in ABS with the Chamber option checked. Printbed Heat starts at 120 degrees and drops to 70 at 5mm (which is taller than the part.
Didn't have any uplift or bridging issues.
