Sheet resistance measurement block that uses 1.25mm adhesive copper foil contacts and suitable for multi-meters with standard 2mm probes.Print model in ABS or PLA, 20-50% infill. Cut out 2 x copper foil contacts 60mm x 26mm in size. Insert one of the copper foil contacts into the slots in the model with the adhesive backing facing outwards. You may first have to use a thin blade to trim off any excess plastic in the slot. Push the copper foil all the way through to the other side, so that it is in the middle of the model. Peel back the adhesive backing on both ends of the foil and trim off the backing so you can seal the ends of the foil onto the side of the model.
