All credit goes to lawsy's original design. I have modified his mk3 and mk5 in order to create an extruder assembly that can tightly hold the E3D hotend, while still hopefully allowing for a easy removal for maintenance. It features the filament guide of the mk3, and uses the x-axis endstop feet from his mk5. I have removed the accessory system that was previously present, because the E3D does not seem to have any room for accessories in this spot. Please feel free to remix or make suggestions. I have not yet received my E3D hotend in order to test it, so please let me know if I need to adjust the fit. Edit: Updated to accommodate for the clearance needed for the Solidoodle 3's carriage.Assemble similarly to the mk3 and mk5, using M3 bolts. Additional M3 bolts are required to attach the retainer plate to the front of the extruder assembly.
