Inspired by the Itty Bitty Belted Extruder, i made my own set of GT2 pulleys for the Wade extruder. I made an 80 and 104 tooth version. Both fit together with a 20 tooth pulley on the stepper. However if you use 20/104 tooth, theres not much space between the pulleys (in my case <1mm). The gear ratio is 4:1 for 20/80 and 5.2:1 for 20/104. Just make out the length needed, cut the belt diagonally on both sides and use superglue (CA) to bond them together. I recommend a small nozzle (not bigger than 0.4mm) for printing the pulley.
