A modified version of the Ormerod 2 Y-idler bracket. Assists in fine adjustment of the twist of Y-axis bars.If you calibrate your bed so that the X 0 side of the bed i level then the X 200 side of the bed should also be level. If not your Y-axis bars are probably twisted. Adjusting this can a bit tricky and this part helps getting the values within 1/100 of a mm. Remember to loosen the screws holding black during adjustment and tighten them you are done. The bracket is also reinforced in the back, to avoid cracks. It overshoots the aluminium profile by 5 mm. Attached is also a remix of a bracket made by user jsv555 at the reprap forum. It as ha spring loaded lever for belt tension.Printed with one outer shell and 50% infill in PLA. A 4 mm metric bolt and two M4 nuts are required. The bolt has to be at least 18 mm and max 23 mm, to keep clear of the bed. One nut on each side of the part. The lower nut is used when adjusting and the upper nut tightened when done, to avoid loosing the calibration due to vibrations in the printer.
