NEW New version of the front bezel; I pushed it out by .5mm all around (gaining 1mm). Use file Front_5in.stl for latest version. The outer measurements match up with my "desktop" Backshell for 5" LCD Panel. Print both for a full enclosure. I also made a Desktop stand for 5" LCD panel frame that attaches to the back of the backshell. OLD I got this little 5" HDMI monitor from Adafruit for a little project: https://www.adafruit.com/products/1928 I believe it is the same LCD included with two other Adafruit products, but I make no guarantee; find the datasheets or make measurements to be sure it will fit. https://www.adafruit.com/products/1678 https://www.adafruit.com/products/2110 The one with the touch overlay may need a thicker bezel to accommodate the thickness of the overlay.NEW Front_5in.stl new file, moved it .5mm out all edges for a little clearance. I think the others will print well with a high-precision printer, but I'm not going to print any more. Test printed at .1mm layer height on my Makerbot Replicator 2 in PLA with raft (.1mm prints just don't turn out well for me without raft). OLD I got a better fit wtih Front_Bezel1: Front_Bezel is slightly smaller than Front_Bezel1, and the extrusion width of your printer might make the mount too small. You can also experiment with X/Y stretching (like 1% or so) to make it fit snugger or looser. I include four counter-sink screw holes so you can use some 2-56 flat heads and they should sit flush and clean. I also include the .123dx solids file with some workshop stuff in it. I should follow up with a small desktop monitor stand (think, chat window or pandora side-screen) and some other projects, but the front bezel would be a common part among them with this little LCD panel.
