needed it....made it....the 'Anywhere cage adapter'. Using captured nyloc nuts, the bottle cage is bolted to the adapter, that is in turn held on by 4 heavy duty zip ties to a fork or main tube....in my case a second cage under the downtube...I used a rubber strip in-between to stop movement, as my carbon tube was flattish, this basic adaptor worked great.
