This is a repair of the Bar Hairclip http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9948 by Bioluminescence http://www.thingiverse.com/Bioluminescence . While it is a great design, the original had a hole in the sketchup file and was non-manifold, which caused problems with certain printing applications.I've only printed it using ABS without a raft. Because the layer lines provide a pattern, I used .4mm layer height. Using a 30% infill, this resulted in a 27 minute print on my Printrbot LC.
