I found that the endstop flags for my Orca were either sub-par, or completely unusable with my machine, so I made new ones. I'll upload pictures of them in a little bit. Depending on your material of choice, you may need to place some sort of opaque material over it (I print in Glacial Blue PLA and I just put some electrical tape over it, worked fabulously). To mount them use some mounting tape. The way I ended up putting my machine together is a bit different from most others I've seen (my Y axis is backwards from the instructions, but it still works great). The Y flag should be mounted on the frog, in between the linear follower and adjustment end (don't know their real names) they are the two things holding the Y frog on the smooth rod). The Z flag is a bit tricky, from my measurements, its pretty much a 1:1 replacement of the existing one, slightly thinner, and with a little notch in the end, but otherwise the the same dimensionally. Should be able to use it as such, should you get tired of your existing one, or break it (like I did).I may also design and a post a X flag in addition to these, depending on time and interest.
