
Taking the stability from planetary gears and converting the power into energy: With the Planetary Dynamo-kit it is now possible! NO EXTRA screw or bolts needed - just pure 3D-print, an LED and a DC-motor With a 1.5 times scaled version of Aubenecs "Tiny Planetary Gears" cranking the handle creates human powered electricity! The small planetary gear-system with a ratio of 4:1 per stage (3 stages), were originally designed with a circular pitch of 2.5mm (now upscaled to 3.57mm). Aubenecs gear-design is "slightly beveled at the tips of the teeth" in order to avoid the need of cleaning the excess of material from the firsts layers, making the gears easy printable. Our design adds on this build, and has a DC-motor and a LED light included; lighting up, for you to know it is working. Besides the upscaled Aubenecs-design, our idea includes a costumized handle, elongated screws, and a one-off DC-motor/LED-housing turning the gears into an ergonomic, performing dynamo!
