This is a model of the Bulldog XL extruder from RRD ( http://www.reprapdiscount.com/) . I needed the model for a machine design and haven't been able to find it online so I drew it myself. Files will be added as I complete them. IPT files are from Inventor 2013. Every piece will have an STL, STP, and IPT. Extruder uses a R-1760KK bearing, not entirely sure what the KK means but it is a metal shielded bearing with an outside dimension of 17mm, thickness of 6mm and a bore of 6mm. There is a brass sleeve which I have uploaded that is pressed into the bore to allow the use of an M3 screw. Link to bearing dimensions/specs - http://www.nmbtc.com/bearings/part-numbers/search/R-1760ZZ/6131 Gearbox is 5.18:1, rough drawing uploaded. Length from base of gearbox to tip of drive spindle is correct along with diameter of spindle. Spindle is 8mm, width from flat to side is 7mm, flat is 15mm long. I may clean this model up more but it's usable as is. Stepper motor is roughly 34mm long from machined face to back, max current of 1.0 amp and recommended current of 0.6 amp. No further information found. Assembly has been added, still missing a few parts needed for complete model (gearbox cover, hobbed pulley, bearing, groovemount clamp, and interchangeable brass plugs). Once I have all files done, I will do an assembly and check fitment and adjust any files necessary so keep that in mind.
