Note: These X-ends are designed to match the lead screw nuts having triangular flanges. These are slightly taller allowing the bearings to be spread a bit. They are designed to sit on top of the lead screw nut with the nut passing thru the flange. Small rubber washers are installed between the lead screw nut's flange and the flange of the x-end. Because it is taller, screws and t-nuts can be placed in all three slots of the extrusion it mounts onto. The two outboard holes will mount to the extrusion as well, if it is long enough. This design is derived from the original designs of the Aluminatus. The photo is of version 1.None - print it as you would any structural part. It can be printed without supports, but there may be some minor trouble with bridging the tops of the nut-traps.
