This is a complete rework of a derivative I worked on recently. Rather than trying to resolve issues with the old design I redesigned the unit (though I did cut a few parts from the other to save some time). http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:124253 <--- My first attempt at a derivative. Using suggestions I received on the first design, I decided to go with a cylinder. This is fully printable in one run and showed no signs of strings internally. I attached a small Vid of it in operation: http://youtu.be/t-0O5fomYsM Because it is running under high pressure I printed it with 3 shells and at 240c. (.2m layers, 10%infill). Total print time was 2:05. I did find that water was able to enter the body and made it appear to fill up like a bottle. I did not see any indications that water was leaking all the way through.
