I modified Thing 153978 to work as a Manfrotto 200PL quick release plate. This should work on any Manfrotto head which uses the RC2 system. It also works on my older Manfrotto 3160 head.Manfro200PL.thrd.stl has a threaded hole. The thumb screw shaft is not threaded at its base, so it threads in and then turns freely, but won't fall out. Manfro200PL.Padeclip.stl has a large hole with no threads, so an e-clip retainer holds the thumb screw in. I printed with 40% infill and seven shells. I printed right side up with support so the recessed areas on top for the e-clip and rubber pad (inner tube) stay tidy. But it's probably better to print upside down with support and then remove the trivial support from the top surface so it's a rough surface for gluing the rubber pad on. If the long dimension is 53 mm, it fits snugly in the tripod head, and may need a corner shaved off for easy insertion. Even when printed in ABS, this will not be as strong as metal ones, so using with big video cameras or huge lenses is not recommended.
