These are the printed parts for my huge-ass 6s2p 10000mAh DIY electric longboard LiPo. I used common aluminum profiles found in a hardware store for the outer frame. These ones are the right ones:

I soldered the 5000mah cells myself. Be very careful when doing this! The Pack has a built-in low voltage alarm and a buck converter with usb charging output as well as a dual 4mm and a XT60 connector and a balance port that has to be epoxied into the slit. Print 4 corners, a usbport and a charging port. The mainplug is optional. Drill holes through the profiles with the parts connected. You can have custom holes that way. Drill them thinner than your screw will be so that it has enough grip inside the plastic.
