I'm working on this mount for a laptop monitor I have...
It uses a total of 25 M4 Screws and nuts.
You have to print:
1xBase
1xPlate
2xTriangle
2xTrapezoid
1xStick_WO_CenterHole
1xStick_WO_CenterHoleLong
2xStick_W_CenterHole
.
Feel free to ask me anything.
.
The center hole is needed so you can run a spring/rubber band from that hole to the opposite side hole at the base.
Soon I'll make a render with the spring on.
.
IF YOU'RE NOT USING A LAPTOP MONITOR, I ADDED A UNIVERSAL PLATE FOR REGULAR MONITORS SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE HOLES.
IT WON'T WORK FOR HEAVY MONITORS. SIMPLE TEST: IF YOU'RE NOT A COMPETITIVE STRONGMAN AND YOU CAN LIFT THE MONITOR PRETTY EASILY WITH TWO FINGERS THEN THE MONITOR IS OK FOR THIS MOUNT.
.
I tried with 3 monitors and all of them got 4 holes on the back spaced ~100 mm
