This is a case I designed for a brewpi build using the directions found at this website:
http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/howto-make-brewpi-fermentation-controller-cheap-466106/
It is designed to mount an Arduino Uno, a SainSmart relay (linked to in the directions) and a simple rectangular outlet like this one: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Leviton-Decora-15-Amp-Duplex-Outlet-White-R52-05325-0WS/100357024
All other screw holes and such were using random bolts and nuts I had lying around (M3 screws and nuts except for the outlet mounts). The ipt files were built in Inventor and can be modified if you would like. I also posted dwg files, which might be useful. for those without Inventor. The box should be 5 inches long along its longest edge (for scaling purposes).
