I will be making action figures or statues of some of them. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zbgzw460aik&list=TLRFfJxmPcmo-C7hQkAhYTaHxlUEu_wA6w This is my newest video of Dave! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-TCCmGKzQcI used Lightwave 3d to build a model of my robot Dave. Then I saved parts of him as STL files to print a working robot. This is just his head and upper body. If you want to build the working robot, then scale the parts up to 1.1 scale. I had to make him larger because my servos made the arms longer than I planned. Most of his servos are regular hobby servos. His hands use micro servos and his shoulders use large hi torque 1/4 scale servos. System 2000 1/4 scale T5-72 servos. I just added two hip parts. They are the Left and Right sides and need to be glued together. As always the robot is printed at 110 % scale and the large model at 100% scale. 100% scale is 1 and 110% scale is 1.1 If you want to make an action figure you can print all of the parts at 50% scale. He still prints out well and can be held together with a rubber band going from his neck to his middle. The hips glue together and are glued to the belly. You will need to cut a hole in the head where the neck fits in.
