Print with NO support, 0.1mm stepping and slighly overextrude for better fusing :)Here is a printable Synchromesh drive pulley for 3.81mm pitch cable with a simple interference fit May take some iterations to get the absolutely correct size. You know you're there when the pulley can only just be pushed on to the shaft with some force. Printed perfect with 0.15mm steppings on z, PLA, and slow print speed. This is work in progress! Redid it, more printer friendly ! Pring with 0.1 or 0.15 stepping, works best with 0.3 mm extruding hole, over extrude a little and you will have yourself a perfect synchromesh pulley !
