Laser cut out of 6mm Baltic Birch Ply. The groove mount is simply press fit in the BI V2.5 original effector. The support bolts in the factory holes and backs up the hot end and further secures it. The E3D-V6 is very secure with this. No play, no wobble. It hangs below the effector which clears the fan mount completely.For the groove mount, cut out the blank first. It's just a square cut in half. Once cut, press the 2 halves together taking care not to move the bottom part. Then, cut the actual mount. That will eliminate the laser kerf and give you a tighter, press fit.
