Changes made: -Increased clearance between bottom of upper duct and heater block, do no need the foil heat shield anymore. -Reshaped the upper duct to concentrate the air more directly on throat/barrel, which in turn allows u to run fan slower and get same cooling. -Also, if u printed my first model you may have realized that the hole for the fan intake was a bit out of center, I have also fixed this to give it a little cleaner look.Print with circular opening flat on build plate. -I also printed on side and it worked but wasn't as clean Dremel radius into upper duct to allow it to wrap around throat.
